Stop paying twice.

Carvikon sends the update for you.

Move a repair to a new stage. The $15/month Communications add-on sends the email or SMS you already approved.

$15/month add-on

The phone stops going to voicemail.

An AI receptionist that picks up on the second ring — after hours, on a Saturday, or only when nobody in the shop gets to it. It can see the board, so it tells a customer exactly where their car is, books them a slot, takes a new job’s details, or puts a callback in front of a person. And it dials out as well as in.

$199/month add-on · 500 minutes included
  • Picks up 24/7 — after hours, or only what your team misses
  • Books a real slot on your board while they are still on the line
  • Dials out too: missed calls, reminders, and ready-for-pickup
  • It never guesses. Nothing on the board means a callback, not a story

The time clock is a piece of paper.

Print the poster, tape it by the door. The crew clocks in by scanning it with their own phones, and the $10/month Time Clock add-on does the timesheets.

The last stage is getting paid.

A car reaches your final stage and a Send invoice button appears on its card. Carvikon adds up the hours, parts and sublet already on the job and texts the customer a secure payment link. The $25/month Payments add-on settles straight into your bank.

Anywhere

Phone, tablet, the TV on the shop wall.

If it rolls in, it fits on the board.

Set it up in an afternoon. Nobody needs training. And you are not paying a second time for the estimating you already have.

  • Collision

Nine cars, three insurers, and one guy calling about his bumper.

  • General repair

Half the bays are waiting on parts. The other half are waiting on you.

  • Tire and alignment

Twenty in and twenty out before lunch. Good luck tracking that on a whiteboard.

  • Wraps and PPF

Cure times do not care what you remember. Put them where the crew can see.

  • Quick lube

Nothing sits longer than fifteen minutes. Logging it should take less.

  • Mobile mechanic

Your shop is a van and the next job is across town.

  • Heavy duty and fleet

Every hour that unit sits in your yard, the fleet is losing money.

  • Something else

The board does not care what you fix. Only where it is and when it leaves.

Your crew reads it in their language. You see every shop from one login.

Five languages on the same board. Add a shop and it lands in the same account, on the same bill.

Unlimited has a number on it. All-in-one platforms charge more for one shop than we charge for a hundred.

Questions shop owners actually ask.

It is one screen that shows every car in the shop and the stage it is in. Cars move across it as the work progresses, from dispatch through body, paint and final inspection. Anyone can look at it and know where a job stands without walking the floor or asking.

No. It runs alongside CCC and Mitchell. They keep estimates, payments and parts. Carvikon tracks the work itself, so the board is the one place that knows where every car is.

Shopmonkey is an all-in-one platform, so it sells you estimating and payments a second time. Carvikon is only the production board. You keep the estimating system you already pay for and add the one thing it does not do well.

An afternoon. Add your stages, add your cars. There is no data migration, no implementation call and nothing to install.

If they can drag a card, they can use it. Most shops walk the crew through it once and never do it again. There is one screen to learn, not a suite.

Yes. The same board is built for a phone in one hand and for a big screen on the wall. Techs can add photos to a car by scanning the QR code on the job, which opens the camera on their own phone without a login.

One shop is $69 a month. Two to ten shops is $129, eleven to a hundred is $199, and unlimited shops is $349. Paying annually takes 20 percent off any of them, so one shop comes down to $55 a month. Every plan includes the complete production board with no per-user fees. Communications is an optional $15 a month add-on, and Payments is an optional $25 a month add-on.

Yes. Carvikon Payments is an optional $25-a-month add-on. Your shop connects directly to Stripe, sends secure payment links from jobs or CRM leads, and receives payouts from Stripe. Carvikon does not hold customer funds or add its own transaction fee; Stripe processing fees are separate.

One account covers all of them. Each shop gets its own board, its own stages and its own cars, and you switch between them from the same login. The price band is only how many shops you can add. Everything else is identical, and the eleventh shop costs nothing extra.

Yes. You name your own stages and set their order, so the board matches how the shop already runs. Nothing forces a car through a step it does not need.

There is no contract and no cancellation fee. Turn it off and the account runs to the end of the period you already paid for, then stops. Nobody will put you through a retention call.

The answers that were too long for the FAQ.

Boards, bottlenecks, and not paying twice for software you already own. No forms, no gated PDF, no webinar.
