Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of Carvikon and its connected services.

Using Carvikon
Carvikon is collision repair shop management software operated by Nebulink Business Solutions LLC dba Carvikon LLC. You must be authorized to act for the business account you create, provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and use the service only for lawful business purposes.
Your data and connected services
You retain ownership of information you submit to Carvikon. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that information to provide and secure the service. When you connect Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook, Stripe, or another provider, your use of that provider remains subject to its terms. Our handling of personal information and Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Customer communications
You decide whom to contact and what messages to send. You are responsible for obtaining required consent, identifying your business accurately, honoring opt-outs, and complying with applicable email, text-message, telemarketing, and privacy laws. You may not use Carvikon for spam, deceptive communications, or unlawful marketing. If you use Carvikon's built-in texting, we may host a privacy policy and terms of service describing your text-message program at a Carvikon URL for use in your carrier registration; you are responsible for keeping the information behind that page accurate, and hosting it does not replace your own compliance obligations above.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans and add-ons renew for the billing interval shown at checkout until canceled. You authorize Carvikon and Stripe to charge the selected payment method for subscription fees and applicable taxes. You can manage or cancel a subscription from Carvikon's billing settings or the linked Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal unless otherwise stated at the time of cancellation.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, access another customer's data, bypass security or usage controls, distribute malware, overload the service, infringe another person's rights, reverse engineer protected portions of the service except where law permits, or use Carvikon in a way that harms users, providers, or the platform.
Availability and termination
We work to keep Carvikon available, but maintenance, provider failures, outages, and events outside our control may interrupt service. We may limit or suspend access for nonpayment, material breach, unlawful use, or a security risk. You may stop using Carvikon at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Carvikon is provided as is and as available, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Carvikon is not an emergency or safety-critical system. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the fees you paid to Carvikon during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes, law, and contact
We may update these terms as the service or law changes. We will post the current version here and provide additional notice for material changes when appropriate. Florida law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions may be sent to hi@carvikon.com.
